Overview
The UR - heaterSteam range of isothermal electric heater humidifiers for steam production control and distribution, fitted with a graphic display. The heaterSteam titanium is a heater humidifier that stands out not only for its performance in terms of precision and continuous modulation in humidity control, but also for having achieved unprecedented levels of reliability.
Maintenance
Cleaning all the parts that come into contact with water:
1. Fill solenoid valve (and the drain tempering solenoid valve for models where featured).
2. Fill/drain group.
3. Drain pump.
4. Heaters.
5. Feedwater tank (models UR002-UR013), filter and scale collection bag.
6. Level sensor.
7. Boiler Gasket replacement.
Non-routine maintenance:
Carried out every time scheduled maintenance request (code “CL” on display). Therefore, it is necessary to perform complete maintenance of the humidifier and reset the hour counter.
1. Fill solenoid valve (and the drain tempering solenoid valve for models where featured).
2. Fill/drain group.
3. Drain pump.
4. Heaters.
5. Feedwater tank (models UR002-UR013), filter and scale collection bag.
6. Level sensor.
7. Boiler Gasket replacement.
Non-routine maintenance:
Carried out every time scheduled maintenance request (code “CL” on display). Therefore, it is necessary to perform complete maintenance of the humidifier and reset the hour counter.
