DS ultimateSteam

The ultimateSteam direct steam humidifiers are designed to receive pressurised steam from a centralised system, treat it to remove all the condensate, and finally distribute the dry steam directly into the duct or air handling unit. The ultimateSteam is covered by various patents, and ensures excellent performance for use in more critical conditions, above all where limited distance is available for the absorption of the steam. The steam flow rate ranges from 1 to 990 kg/h, while the dimensions vary from 300 mm to 3000 mm in both width and height. The ultimateSteam can be supplied complete with a steam valve and electronic or pneumatic actuator, as well as a condensate drain. There is no maintenance on the humidifier manifold itself. Follow maintenance instructions for the control valve and actuator, supplied with those devices. Follow maintenance instructions for the traps, supplied with those devices.
